Village
Hall’s unique 24 hour rental agreement allows our guests the time and
flexibility to assure a smooth running celebration.
The
Hall is capable of hosting events up to 200 guests. As an added value
to our
guests we offer an inventory of a built-in Wet Bar, Chairs, and Tables. The rental fee does not
include tablecloths,
chair covers, catering, and entertainment, bar service, event insurance
or cleanup.
Our
Weekend rental fee is $900.00 for 24 hours.
Weekdays
we offer a discounted rate, please inquire with us directly.
The
non-refundable, save-the-date retainer is $500. The retainer is applied
toward
your total rental fee. In addition to the rental fee, there is also a
$400,
refundable, damage deposit and a $100 clean up fee. The
entire rental fee, cleanup fee and damage
deposit is due 60 days before your event
and may be paid by cash or personal
check
We are currently running a Spring Special for
all events booked before April 1, 2012, with the event occuring before
August 31, 2012. The Spring Special rate, for weekend Hall rental (24
hrs), is $900, plus a $400 refundable security
deposit.
