Rental Info:

The Hall is available for daytime or evening rentals seven days a week.  It is perfect for corporate training, wedding receptions, birthday parties and more.  Village Hall is fully handicap accesible and has a capcity of up to 200 guests.   Chairs and tables are included in the rental fee. 

 Daytime rentals may start as early as needed but must conclude no later than 5:30 pm.    An evening rental  is any event that starts on or after 3 pm and must conclude by 1:00 am.  We understand the need for preparation and breakdown time for your special event, so evening renters are allowed access to the building for 24 hours, starting at 9:00 am on the day of the event, and ending at 9:00 am the day after the event.   The occupancy time for a weekday rental is flexible.   The Hall is a full service facility but we also offer different rental packages depending on  many variables such as time, date, linens, catering service, etc.   Please call for an appointment to view the Hall and discuss rates that will be applicable for your event.
