Rental Info:

Village Hall is rented for 24 hour periods on the weekends. Rentals during the work week are available at a reduced rate (excluding Fridays and Holidays).  The Hall can accommodate up to 200 guests.  The rental fee covers the use of the building, up to 100 chairs, tables and standard cleaning for all areas, except the kitchen. The rental fee does not include tablecloths, chair covers, catering, and entertainment, bar service, event insurance or kitchen cleanup.

The non-refundable, save-the-date retainer is $500.  The retainer is applied toward your total rental fee.  In addition to the rental fee, there is also a $400, refundable, damage deposit.  The entire rental fee and damage deposit is due 30 days before your event and may be paid by cash or personal check.

We do have a wet bar and you may serve alcohol. If alcohol is served, you are required to purchase a Special Event Insurance policy for that night - we can provide suggestions as to where to purchase this type of insurance. Once the event insurance is purchased, you can then bring in your own liquor and drinks.   Per South Carolina Law, alcohol may not be served to anyone under the age of 21 or sold on premises, unless a special permit is obtained from SC Department of Revenue
